about
the team
We’re a small, agile team with big ideas. led by Róisín, a Digital Producer with a knack for user experience and strategy, and Andrea, a full-stack web developer and software engineer known for clean, scalable code and a sharp eye for detail.
Together, we’ve worked with top digital agencies and global brands, building everything from high-performance websites to Viral campaigns. But we don’t work alone.
We collaborate with a trusted network of designers, developers, copywriters, sound designers, 3D modellers, animators, and creative technologists. Whatever your ambition, we have the right people to make it happen.
Our approach is personal, flexible, and always bespoke. No bloated processes. No cookie-cutter templates. Just thoughtful, creative work, built to stand out.
Andrea and Róisín understood what we should be doing on our website long before we did. They started by creating something which encouraged filmmakers to submit their films, showcased our event encouraging ticket sales and gave us somewhere to profile short films and the filmmakers behind them. They didn't just create a website on Squarespace (we could have done that ourselves) they made something that reflected our ethos and felt like a home for Suffolk Shorts, which only exists as something tangible once a year. During the ongoing process they have initiated a site which will change focus as our festival activity changes during the year. They understood how to help us support our community with accessible insights into filmmaking, collaboration and learning through the site, something we have never addressed before. They questioned our complacent messaging by helping us to understand that our digital profile needs to have a clear, unified tone of voice that appeals to all. Because they invested time to understand Suffolk Shorts, our creative decisions aligned immediately. They feel like an integral part of the team already!

Big Ideas, Real Impact.
We’re building a studio that takes responsibility for the impact it has. creatively, socially, and culturally.
Ways We GaIVE Back
SPONSORSHIPS
1
We currently sponsor Suffolk Shorts, supporting independent filmmakers and widening access to culture. As the studio grows, so will our involvement with other social, cultural, and community-led initiatives.
CHARITY DONATIONS
2
From the outset, we’ve committed to giving back in ways that feel meaningful rather than tokenistic. This includes donating a portion of our profits to charities and causes we care about, alongside contributing our time and skills to projects where thoughtful digital work can make a real difference.
In 2026, we’ll be joining 1% for the Planet, committing 1% of our annual revenue to environmental causes. We’ll also donate a further 1% to a charity of our choice at the end of each year.
While this may seem like a modest commitment, as a new studio we believe in starting with something sustainable and building long-term impact year by year, rather than making promises we can’t keep.
Supporting junior talent
3
We recognise a growing skills gap across the industry — where entry-level opportunities are shrinking, unpaid work is normalised, and the rapid emergence of AI risks closing doors rather than opening them. Too often, early talent is either excluded or exploited.
As we grow, we’re committed to creating paid, meaningful opportunities for emerging talent, regardless of formal education or previous industry experience. Our focus is on curiosity, capability, and care. not credentials.
We’ll actively hire, mentor, and support junior creatives, ensuring human talent remains at the core of the creative industry as technology evolves.
